Verron Haynes Knows A Good Deal When He Sees One

I'd like to take a moment to congratulate Sportsocracy fave, Verron Haynes, on his frugal and sage financial dealings of late. Verron recently paid just $7650 for a 2001 Aston Martin DB7. That's about $155k less than the sticker price!
Actually, he was to have paid $67,500 for it when he rolled it off the lot of A & L in Monroeville in 2006. However, Verron has employed a wily combination of bouncing checks and simply not paying his bills to keep his costs low. I find this strategy to be genius in both simplicity and effectiveness.
Unfortunately, the management over at A & L disagrees and is suing Haynes for non-payment on the exotic British auto. My question is, James Bond drives one of these, did he have to pay full price for it? I think not. So, why should Verron have to?
I'm sure the Steelers' brass is thrilled to have another off-season story involving the law and one of their players. I mean, he didn't punch a woman in the nose or break down any doors, but it's still not exactly the kind of press the Rooney's would like to see, though it did deflect attention from the team raising ticket prices, so I guess it's not all bad. Well, except for Verron.

Norm and John here,
BritChrisBrogan has been trying to get us to drive one of these around Bloomfield for years (he even offered to pay for shipping). I keep telling him that just because James Bond does something doesn’t mean we should do it too. No matter how many times he jumps off a bridge, building, etc.
Point being this maybe one sexy auto, but when it comes to the day-to-day abuse a vehicle takes when protecting Bloomfield this just doesn’t cut it.
